At Backyard Africa, we take great pride in serving freshly prepared, authentic African meals. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy below:

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement by contacting us directly via phone or WhatsApp.
  • After this window, meals will have entered preparation and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You are charged in error.
  • An order is not fulfilled due to unavailability.
  • You do not receive your order and have confirmed with our team.

All approved refunds will be processed within 3โ€“5 business days to your original payment method.

Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not accept returns once food has been picked up.
  • If you experience an issue with the quality of your order, please notify us immediately (within 30 minutes of pickup), and weโ€™ll do our best to make it right.

Pickup Responsibility

  • Once your order is ready for pickup and you’ve been notified, it is your responsibility to collect it within the agreed timeframe.
  • Uncollected orders will not be refunded.
