Ordering terms

Direct collection orders

Website checkout is for collection from 25b Bury New Rd, Prestwich, Manchester M25 9JZ. Your basket is not an accepted order until Stripe payment succeeds and our secure order record shows the payment as paid. We do not prepare an order from a browser confirmation page alone.

Availability and collection

Live availability is checked before payment. Choose an available collection window and arrive as close as practical to the requested time. If a paid item cannot be supplied, contact the team so the order can be resolved.

Groups and trays

Company Lunch and Family Feast orders require 48 hours’ notice. Party trays require 72 hours’ notice. Full payment confirms these orders. Listed tray prices are for collection; delivery is quoted separately.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles major allergens. Tell the team about allergies before ordering and rely on the current information provided for your specific order.

Delivery platforms

Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat set and administer orders placed on their platforms. Their menus, prices, charges and terms may differ from direct collection orders.

Questions about an order

Call 07586 887441 as soon as possible if a confirmed order needs attention. Any change or refund must be agreed by Backyard Africa and will depend on the order’s current preparation and payment status.
